By using any service provided by TheFaded.Dev, including but not limited to shared hosting, VPNs, Docker containers, VPS instances, gaming servers, Discord bots, Mumble servers, or email hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any applicable third-party or software publisher terms (for example, Mojang’s Minecraft EULA).

Refunds may be requested within three (3) days of service activation or initial use. Refunds will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours of approval. After the 3-day period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

By agreeing to our Terms, you also agree to abide by the terms, conditions, and End User License Agreements (EULAs) of all related software or platforms you use in conjunction with our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the rules and conditions set forth by game publishers, server software providers, or third-party developers.

Under no circumstances does TheFaded.Dev permit or endorse any form of Pay-to-Win or exploitative monetization systems. Users or servers found implementing Pay-to-Win mechanics will have their accounts and associated services immediately terminated without eligibility for refund.

Any user found using TheFaded.Dev services to engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal activity (including but not limited to fraud, hacking, denial-of-service attacks, harassment, or distribution of prohibited content) will have their account terminated immediately and their information reported to the relevant authorities.

TheFaded.Dev is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from service interruptions, hardware or software issues, or actions taken by third-party providers. Users are responsible for maintaining their own data backups and ensuring compliance with all applicable terms.

Users agree not to abuse system resources, bandwidth, or CPU allocation. Excessive or malicious use of shared systems may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of service at TheFaded.Dev’s discretion.

TheFaded.Dev reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
