By using any hosting service provided by TheFaded.Dev — including game servers, VPS instances, Docker containers, or Discord bots — you agree to follow our Terms and Conditions. This includes respecting any relevant third-party software rules, such as Mojang’s Minecraft EULA or other game publisher agreements.

Refunds can be requested within three (3) days of service activation. Approved refunds will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours. After this period, all payments are final. This applies to hosting, game servers, and related services.

Using our servers requires compliance with all relevant software and game publisher terms, conditions, and End User License Agreements (EULAs). This includes rules from server software providers, game publishers, and third-party developers.

TheFaded.Dev does not allow Pay-to-Win systems or exploitative monetization on hosted game servers. Any server found using these mechanics may be terminated immediately without a refund.

Using TheFaded.Dev servers for illegal activity — including hacking, DDoS attacks, harassment, or distribution of prohibited content — is strictly forbidden. Accounts violating this policy will be terminated immediately and may be reported to authorities.

TheFaded.Dev is not liable for data loss, downtime, or other issues caused by hardware, software, or third-party services. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules.

Users agree to use hosting resources responsibly. Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of service at TheFaded.Dev’s discretion.

TheFaded.Dev may update or modify these Terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated, and continued use of our hosting services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
